The short version

I travel al garete — adrift. Last-minute bookings, hostels, short stints, no fixed itinerary, whatever the day asks for. I’ve been doing it solo for a while, and the honest truth is that some of it is better with one other person along.

So if you’ve been looking for a travel partner — someone to actually go with instead of just talking about going — this page is how you reach me.

How it works

I do the planning — flights, rough route, the stuff I’m good at. You come along.

The arrangement is simple and I want to be upfront about it: the requestor covers the costs. My accommodation, my food, and my travel for the trip are paid by the person inviting me. In exchange you get someone who knows how to move through a place at street level, speaks enough Spanish to get by, and won’t flake when the plan falls apart.

The other thing that matters just as much as the money: our intentions need to be aligned. Before we go anywhere I want us on the same page about why we’re going, what each of us wants out of it, and what this is and isn’t. That conversation happens first, every time.
